Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and isn't allowed when using SizaPoint, so the workspace stays safe, reliable, and fair for every student and researcher who relies on it.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for your own academic coursework, study, and research, and — if acting on behalf of an institution — for legitimate institutional academic purposes consistent with these Terms.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting AI-generated or SizaPoint-produced work as your own where doing so breaches your institution's academic integrity rules.
• Producing or requesting content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempting to bypass usage limits, security controls, or authentication, including sharing account credentials or reselling access.
• Automated scraping, load-testing, or reverse engineering of the Service without our written permission.
• Uploading malicious files, or content that violates the rights of the people described in it (for example, personal data of research participants without appropriate consent).
• Using the Service to build a competing product from our content or output.

4. Content Standards

Content you upload or generate should be your own work or work you have the right to use, and should not contain material that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove offending content, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Policy, in proportion to the severity and repetition of the violation.

6. Reporting a Violation

If you believe someone is misusing the Service, email support@sizapoint.com (or use the Contact page under "Technical support") with as much detail as possible.
