Accessibility
Our commitment to making SizaPoint usable by every student, including those using assistive technology.
1. Our Commitment
SizaPoint should work for every student, including students with visual, motor, auditory, or cognitive disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist, and we keep improving as we learn.
2. Standard We Target
We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, covering perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust content across the site and workspace.
3. What We're Doing
- Semantic HTML and labelled form controls so screen readers can interpret the interface correctly.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and interactive elements.
- Colour contrast that meets AA thresholds across our navy/lime brand palette.
- Descriptive link text and alt text for meaningful images.
4. Known Limitations
Some newer or third-party-embedded features may not yet fully meet AA in every case. We prioritise fixes based on user impact and will note significant known gaps here as we identify them.
5. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier using SizaPoint, please tell us at support@sizapoint.com (or the Contact page under "Technical support"), including the page and assistive technology you were using — this directly shapes our accessibility roadmap.
