1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help a website remember information about your visit, such as a choice you've made or your session.

2. Our Approach

SizaPoint keeps cookies to a minimum. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics or tracking cookies at this time. The cookie banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or reject the one non-essential cookie described below — nothing is set before you choose, and rejecting it doesn't block you from using the Service.

3. Cookies We Use Today

• Essential — a single cookie that remembers your cookie choice itself, so we don't ask again on every visit. Strictly necessary, and exempt from consent under applicable law because its only purpose is remembering your preference.
• Functional (optional) — a cookie that remembers your country, used only to show pricing in your local currency on the Plans and checkout pages. If you reject this, pricing defaults to a standard currency and you can change it manually.

4. What We Don't Use

We don't currently set analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes in the future, we will update this page, list the new category clearly, and ask for your consent before any new non-essential cookie is set — your existing choice will not be silently extended to cover it.

5. Your Choice and How It's Remembered

When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential, or open Manage preferences to choose per category. Your decision is remembered for up to 6 months, or until you clear your browser's cookies — whichever comes first — after which we'll ask again. You can also change your mind at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer.

6. Browser Controls

You can also control or delete cookies directly through your browser settings. Blocking the essential preference cookie means we can't remember your choice, so the banner may reappear on later visits.

7. Changes to this Policy

We will update the version and effective date above whenever our use of cookies materially changes.
